Paper: Most of our business cards are printed on French Brand Premium Papers (standard stock). Many colors in various styles available. Standard pricing on business card paper weights are either 100lb. or 140lb. cover stock. Please visit Mr. French's Website to see the vast array of colors. Other papers available are Neenah Brand Coverstocks. They come in a variety of weights, textures, and duplexed papers (a different color on either side). Another popular option is chipboard which comes in either KRAFT/BROWN or GREY. The chipboard is a real thick 0.030 caliper (thickness). We can also print on 122lb. Plike paper which has a soft velvet feel to it. Plike paper surprisingly rigid for it's thickness. We can now also produce custom made DTC/duplex paper stocks at a premium cost. Please contact us to see what might be available based on the specific color/texture you might be looking for. Anything other than the standard stock costs additional based on paper cost.

Ink: The standard ink we print with is a 100% solvent free (water based) ink. On occasion we also use various acrylic inks in order to obtain the right color or opacity. Many ink colors including metallics, glow in the dark, and enamel gloss coat are available at an additional cost. Please e-mail us if you have a specific color in mind. Please reference a Pantone uncoated number if possible. (See FAQ section on color matching). Please note that paper color also effects the ink color AFTER it's dried.

Design: Designing for a screen printed business card should be done differently than designing for a digitally printed card. Text size and exact registration are the biggest issues. Please read our FAQ section for tips. Specifically pay attention to the "10pt. ARIAL rule". Please contact us with your design so we can take a look at it before we go to print. If you do not have a design for your business card and would like us to help you out, please get in touch! We've designed a good deal of branding and our prices are more than reasonable.

Options: In addition to all the variations listed above, we can also do edge painting, rounded corners, glow ink the dark spot color, and clear finishes that can be added as a spot color. It's also possible to do a mix of digital printing and business card screen printing (120lb. max weight). We can now also produce custom made DTC/duplex paper stocks at a premium cost.
