3 Easy Steps -

Step 1: Please take a look at the ORDER FORM and gather all the items listed. Please fill out this form for anything you might be getting with us (even if it's just posters, buttons, etc.) If a section does not pertain to you (i.e. CD blanks do not need a RRF, then skip that area of the form).

Step 2: As per the instructions on the ORDER FORM, mail/e-mail in all the items needed. If you have any questions about artwork please refer to the FAQ section first. If you still have unanswered questions, feel free to contact us.

Step 3: Send in payment (once again follow the instructions on the ORDER FORM).

TIPS:

To officially get started on your CD/DVD project we just need three (3) things:

(1) Filled Out Order Form
(2) Approved/Print Ready Artwork for Casing/Inserts
(3) Payment

The CD Master, CD Design, and Replication Rights Form can come later if need be. So if something like the CD master is holding up the project, we can get started WITHOUT it. We do need the CD master no later than 6 business days before estimated completion date in order to keep on track.
