CD/DVD DUPLICATION

3 Easy Steps -

Step 1: Download the Check List.pdf and gather all the items listed. Please take a look at this form even if you are not getting anything duplicated (i.e. if you are getting CD blanks), if a section does not pertain to you (i.e. CD blanks do not need a RRF, then skip that area of the form).

Step 2: As per the instructions on the Check List.pdf, mail/e-mail in all the items needed.

Step 3: Send in payment (once again follow the instructions on the Check List.pdf).
