Artwork Files (All art files must be in our templates. Make sure you DO NOT flatten the template into your design. Files not in our templates will be charged an extra fee. Please submit the CD face art in RGB mode and all other art in CMYK mode. Please upload the art to a file sharing site (sendspace, yousendit, mediafire, etc.) and e-mail us the link to download all of the art files.)

(Filled out, signed, and mailed in with the master. This can also be scanned in and sent to us as a .pdf, .doc or an image file.)

Payment (We accept check, money order, Paypal, or credit card through Paypal). Please make all payments out to: Sire Press, LLC. Please send all Paypal payments to: sirepress@gmail.com. For all other payments please use the mailing address above. For ALL Paypal payments please add 3.1%. PA residents please add 8% tax.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ANY PACKAGE SENT TO US MUST HAVE THE SIGNATURE WAIVED. IF YOU NEED TO PURCHASE TRACKING AND/OR INSURANCE PLEASE USE UPS OR FED EX ONLY. DO NOT USE USPS. THE PACKAGE YOU SEND TO US MUST BE LEFT AT THE DOOR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE NEEDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DELAY YOUR PROJECT.
